The board is split into 24 points, and each player has 15 checkers. They move toward each other — each player heading for their own home.
On your turn you roll two dice and move your checkers the number of points shown — with one checker or two.
A point held by two or more of your opponent's checkers is closed — you can't land there. Build your own blockades.
Once all your checkers are home, start bearing them off the board. Whoever bears off all theirs first wins.
