These Terms of Service (the "Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between you (the "User", "you") and the owner of the website muta.pro (the "Site", "Service", "we") when you use the Service and all related features.
By starting to use the Site — opening its pages, registering, creating or joining game rooms — you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood them and accept them in full. If you do not agree with any provision, please stop using the Service.

muta.pro is a free browser board games aggregator. The Service provides access to more than 150 games, including chess, durak, backgammon, checkers, domino, mahjong, poker and many others.
All games run directly in your browser — nothing to download or install. Access to some features (profile, statistics, online play) requires registration via Telegram. Some games are available without registration.
The Service is provided free of charge. We do not charge for access to the games and do not require subscriptions.
Registration and sign-in are carried out via Telegram OAuth (Telegram Login Widget). No separate password is created on muta.pro — access to your account is linked to your Telegram profile.
You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account secure and for all actions taken under your account on the Site. If you notice unauthorised use of your account, notify us immediately.
Each user may have only one account. Creating additional accounts to bypass bans, inflate ratings or otherwise abuse the Service is prohibited and may result in the blocking of all related accounts.
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and over. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

Match statistics, ratings and achievements are recorded automatically based on the results of games played. We strive to ensure fair play for all participants.
The Site's design, source code, graphics, interfaces, texts, logos and other materials of the Service (except where expressly stated otherwise) belong to the operator and are protected by intellectual property law.
Classic board games — chess, checkers, backgammon, domino and the like — are in the public domain, and their rules are free to use. However, the specific software implementation of these games on muta.pro, together with its design, graphics, engines and operating logic, is the operator's copyrighted work.
Without the operator's written permission, you may not copy, distribute, modify, decompile or use the Service's materials for commercial purposes, nor create derivative products based on them.
muta.pro is a free service. We do not charge for access to the games and do not operate any gambling.
The Site has no real-money betting, no prize draws with monetary value and no elements of gambling within the meaning of applicable law.
If the Service uses in-game currency or points, they are purely for gameplay purposes: they have no monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be withdrawn. Any in-game points exist only within the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranties.

The parties will seek to resolve all disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the use of the Service through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in a court at the operator's location, in the manner established by the laws of the Russian Federation.
