Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and other applicable laws and regulations of the Russian Federation.
2. What data we collect
2.1. Data you provide voluntarily
When you register or sign in via Telegram, you provide us with:
your Telegram ID and username;
your public name (first name / last name), if present in your profile;
your avatar (profile photo), if it is publicly available.
When you use the feedback or support form, you provide your email address and the text of your request.
2.2. Data collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we automatically receive:
your IP address and approximate location (country, city);
your browser type and version, operating system and device type;
the referrer (where you came from) and the requested URL;
the date and time of your visit and the session duration;
your gameplay activity: rooms created and played, match results, achievements;
cookie data (see Section 6).
2.3. Data we do not collect

We do not request or store bank card numbers, passwords, passport details or any other sensitive categories of personal data. Authentication is implemented exclusively through Telegram OAuth — no password is created on muta.pro.
3. Purposes of processing
Providing the Service — operating your personal account and saving your game statistics, achievements and match history.
Authentication — verifying your identity when you sign in via Telegram.
Security — preventing fraud, blocking abuse and protecting other users.
Technical maintenance — diagnosing errors, analysing performance and improving the stability of the Service.
Communication — responding to support requests and notifying you of changes to the Service.
Legal compliance — meeting the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.
We do not use your data to sell it to third parties, for targeted advertising or for commercial profiling.
4. Legal grounds for processing
Personal data is processed on the following legal grounds (Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ):
Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(1)) — you voluntarily provide your data during registration and accept this Policy.
Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(5)) — processing is necessary to deliver the services you have requested (access to your game profile and statistics).
Legitimate interests of the operator (Art. 6(1)(7)) — ensuring security, preventing abuse and improving the quality of the Service.
Legal requirement (Art. 6(1)(2)) — where this is expressly required by laws and regulations.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except in the following cases:
5.1. Service providers
To operate the Site we engage technical partners (hosting, CDN, analytics). Such partners process data solely on our instructions and under agreements that ensure an appropriate level of protection.
5.2. Telegram
Authentication is performed through the Telegram Login Widget. When you sign in, Telegram passes us the public data from your profile. The transfer of this data is governed by the Telegram Privacy Policy.
5.3. Legal requirements
We may disclose data at the request of authorised government authorities, in the cases and in the manner provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation.
5.4. Cross-border transfer
Part of our infrastructure may be located outside Russia. Cross-border data transfer is carried out only to countries that ensure an adequate level of personal data protection in accordance with Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, or where other legal grounds exist.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
Essential cookies — storing your authentication token, language settings and user preferences. The Site does not work correctly without them.
Analytics cookies — collecting aggregated traffic statistics (number of sessions, popular pages, traffic sources) to improve the Service.
Functional cookies — saving your game progress and interface state between sessions.
You can block cookies in your browser settings. Please note: disabling essential cookies will make authentication and a number of Site features unavailable.
7. Data retention periods
Game profile data — stored until you delete your account, or for 3 years from your last activity.
Technical logs — up to 12 months, after which they are automatically deleted or anonymised.
Support requests — 2 years from the closure of the ticket.
Data retained as required by law — for the periods set by the relevant laws and regulations.
Once the retention period expires, data is permanently deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ, you have the right to:
Access — obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and a copy of your personal data.
Rectification — request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request the deletion of your data where there are legal grounds to do so.
Withdraw consent — withdraw consent previously given for processing (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal).
Restriction of processing — request that certain operations with your data be stopped.
Objection — object to the processing of your data for certain purposes.
Complaint — file a complaint with Roskomnadzor (rkn.gov.ru) if you believe your rights have been violated.

9. Data security
We take organisational and technical measures to protect your data:
data is transmitted over a secure HTTPS protocol (TLS 1.2+);
access to databases is restricted and role-based;
our infrastructure is regularly updated and checked for vulnerabilities;
authentication tokens are stored as hashes and have a limited lifetime.
Despite the measures we take, no system can guarantee absolute security. If you discover a vulnerability or suspect a data breach, please notify us immediately at targetyam@gmail.com.
10. Children
The muta.pro Service is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided us with data without your consent, please contact us and we will delete that data as soon as possible.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document. In the event of material changes, we will notify registered users through a notification in the Telegram bot or a message on the Site. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
